Payments

PAYMENT:

Paint my dream accepts PayPal payments as well as credit card payments.

I will not de able to send packages until payments have been cleared. Thank you for your understanding.

If you encounter any problems with payment feel free to contact me at any time.

Shipping

Paint my dream ships worldwide.

The shipping rates are listed on each item's page.

Paint my dream ships via DHL Global Mail. The following are the expected shipping times for different countries:
- Finland : 3 to 5 working days
- European Union : 3 - 6 working days
- USA : 5 - 9working days
- Canada : 5 - 9 working days
- Rest of the world : 6 - 12 working days

We also offer a DHL Express service which deliver from 1 to 3 working days all around the world.

If not requested otherwise the decorations are being sent via Standard Post. There can be an upgrade to a faster shipping in which case please contact me in order to arrange it.

Recycled materials are being used for the packaging of the items. They provide a safe journey for the decorations and a cleaner planet for us.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Paint my dream is not responsible for delays due to customs.

CHRISTMAS SEASON:
During the Christmas season there might be slight delays due to the Christmas rush. Items cannot be considered lost until 30 days in the European Union and 60 days for other International orders. If the items get overly delayed I will resolve the problem by either replacing your item or refunding all your expenses.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

In case of receiving a damaged decoration the item will be replaced or the cost will be refunded upon presentation of a photo of the broken item.

DAMAGED GOODS:
All the items are being shipped with protective material in order to prevent damage during the shipping. However in case of any damages please contact me immediately. In case of receiving a damaged decoration the item will be replaced of the cost will be refunded upon presentation of a photo of the broken item.
